About me

I have a strong connection with fitness and mental health. I was a relatively active child as I played football for 8 years and then joined the gym at University when I was 18. Alongside this, I have also suffered from generalised anxiety since I was 10 years old. Working out helped me with my anxiety. It provided a place where I could unwind and forgot about any stress during the day. I could play my favourite music and tune out from the world. Furthermore, fitness pushed me to my limits with my strength. I was able to see how strong and fit I could become through weight lifting. My passion is to promote the benefits of exercising and help people on their own journey with fitness and wellbeing.

I created this website, not only to provide my service, but to also provide information regarding fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing. Here you may find some useful information regarding fitness techniques, exercise tips, mental health benefits to exercising and nutrition recommendations.

Qualifications:

Services

I provide a range of different services to suit you and always accommodate to your needs. I ensure to take into account your likes and dislikes when creating personalised programmes for you. These programmes are designed to challenge you and push you to your potential. If your fitness goal is to gain muscle or lose weight, then the minimum training requirement is around 12-weeks. If you put in the work, you are most likely going to begin to see results within this time.

Personal Training:

I provide 1-2-1 in-person Personal Training sessions. This could be for weight loss, muscle growth, strength or to improve your overall fitness. The gym is not always necessary for a workout. We can train in the comfort of your home, or in the summer we can train outside. I am here to motivate you and to help you achieve your goals no matter the location.

Group training:

Training with other people can be a great motivator when working out which is why I also offer group training sessions. I will ensure I am targeting your groups fitness goals, even if you all have different goals.

Online Coaching:

The last service I provide is online coaching. If you choose this option, I will train you via an app (you do not have to pay for the app). It will show you videos of the exercises I prescribe. I will also assign you healthy habits to do during the week and can monitor your progress.
